Beautiful and clean, great location as well. We would love to stay there again when we come back to Tokyo.
We stayed here for 3 nights. Overall, it was a good experience. The staff did not speak much English, but was very helpful and courteous. The only downside was this hotel does not have a business center. I needed to print out the Disney tickets and they couldn't help me with that. One of the staff walked me over to a nearby Internet cafe. However, due to the language barrier, I couldn't make out what was needed of me to just get online and print out the tickets. The hotel restaurants are overpriced. We went to nearby Moana mall food court for some cheap, but delicious meals. The airport limousine drop off was just in front of the hotel so that was convenient.
The hotel was excellent. I'd heard that rooms in Japan can often be smaller than expected but I was very happy with the size of the room and the amenities of the hotel. This hotel has fantastic service and is a brilliant location if you're trying to balance some time at Disney while also having easy access to the city by trains. You literally walk out of the hotel and you're in the train station. The on site restaurants were excellent especially the "Main Bar" and the Teppanyaki grill on the 22nd floor. Both had amazing views of the city and the food/drink at both was excellent and very accommodating of english speakers.
