The room was quite spacious and comfortable for a family of two adults and two kids, with more than enough space to move around. Everything was clean and well maintained, which made our stay very pleasant. We really enjoyed the breakfast—there are two restaurant options to choose from: one located on level one and another on level two just outside the hotel. Both offer slightly different menus, which gave us some variety during our stay. One small downside was the laundry room. The washer and dryer are combined into a single machine, which takes quite a long time to use, and the pricing felt rather expensive for what it offered. In terms of location, the hotel is very convenient. It’s right next to a train station and within walking distance to the nearest shopping mall, making it easy to get around and find food or essentials. Overall, it was a great experience and a comfortable stay for families.

My family and I love our stay in this wonderful Hotel. The staff is amazing very friendly and welcoming. The location is within walking distance of an amazing shopping mall center. The rooms are also nice and comfortable. Very clean and quiet. I would highly recommend this Hotel.

Exceptionally clean and well appointed room, however, it was much tinier than expected. We found it difficult to manage with only 2 standard pieces of luggage and nowhere to put clothing or store luggage. The layout of the shower room was also unusual but the water pressure was probably the best I've ever experienced in a hotel room. Toilet is in also in a separate enclosure and comes with a fully featured TOTO washlet bidet. The restaurant Saus served a western/asian style breakfast buffet that was leaps and bounds better than the so called free breakfast offered at many other hotel chains. The staff were also very courteous and efficient. Even though the hotel was busy, we never had to wait more than a few minutes for a table. The property is very conveniently located just steps to multiple transit options and is a short taxi ride to the cruise ship terminal.

We stayed here for 3 nights. It’s close to 2 stations which helped us get into the city. Has great breakfast and even our kid enjoyed it. They also have the limousine bus service to the airport which helped us on our last day. Overall it was a great experience.
