Nice quiet hotel with friendly helpful staff. Easily walkable distance to Tokyo station. Very good laundry facilities. Having the coffee shop and combini downstairs was very useful for snacking Bed was on the hard side so if you prefer a softer bed maybe not for you

We are so pleased with our stay at the Daiwa. It was so convenient to have the Komeda Cafe on the second floor. All the services in the hotel were simply amazing. We will absolutely recommend this hotel and hope to stay there again if we return to Japan.

The room is little bigger then regular Japanese room size it can fit 2 medium size suitcase and still has room to walk around a 7 eleven just downstairs subway station a few minutes away. If you love Donki store Uniqlo flagship store all about 15 to 20 min walk away.

It was very convenient having the 7-Eleven right on the bottom floor, I didn't even have to leave the hotel! Overall, the staff was not clear. I didn't like the fact i went up n down several.times looking for a restaurant with buffet. When i went back upstairs requesting for someone to tell me where. They kept saying uou have to order. When were on a timeline.i dont have time to sitsown and order breakfast. And microwave was broken and atill no signs anywhere. Many other people complained. Staff was rude. One lady started laughing at me. Not a good experience
