The hotel itself is very conveniently located beside Shimbashi station and walking distance to Ginza. It’s across many restaurants and shops, though if you don’t enjoy night life you don’t want to pass by the area as there are a lot of soliciting for host bars and maid cafes. Hotel is offering variety of amenities that you don’t really need anything on you other than your clothes. They also have a coffee machine and variety of tea bags for you to enjoy on 2nd floor which is the lobby, though I wish they had some area where customers could sit and eat as a staff member didn’t allow me to have a cake that I brought in when I asked. Other than that the room was cozy as many other hotels in Tokyo is like. It was perfect for solo travel or business travel. The breakfast was good with many selections. The ladies working in the restaurant work too hard it gets a bit intimidating and very fast paced. Don’t really expect to sit and relax to eat. It’s more of a grab your bites and leave vibe. The food tasted great though. I would definitely comeback to this hotel if I’m in the area

Very very noisy hotel even in the "quite" side. You'll hear a train cross loudly every 3-4 minutes 24/7. Otherwise clean and good location.

This is a well run hotel. Japanese are the master at space efficiency. While the room may be small it is very well laid out. There are a lot of amenities the hotel provides, either in your room or in the lobby. The bathroom, while small, was clean and there was no mold anywhere. The breakfast was delicious. In such a small space, they have setup a buffet with many Japanese food dishes, although i will say they like their scrambled eggs a bit runny. Numerous restaurants are nearby and 2 different metro stations are within walking distance. Will definitely stay again. Side note: Easiest way to get to Daiwa Roynet Hotel from Narita Airport is the Airport Limo bus to Dai-Ichi hotel. The Daiwa Roynet Hotel is located just behind Dai-Ichi.

Very clean, accesible and well places next to Shimbashi station. LOTS of free amenities, tea, coffee to tongue cleaners, facial packs, towels and neck support pillows. This hotel has everything you could possibly need - for free. The room (standard double) was small, two large suitcases and two adults it was a bit of a squeeze to get around and organise our cases. However... youre in Tokyo, central, so not bad at all for the money. There's a convenience store nextdoor and 24hr Gyoza restaurant on the next street!
