Lawson 1 min away, friendly staff, receptions was very helpful, helped us reserve seats at restaurants as most restaurants need Japanese numbers. Clean hotel, 3 min walk from nearest station.

Area and proximity to transit and trains was excellent. Many convenient stores and grocery stores within a stones throw of the hotel building. Staff were very helpful and willing to assist in any capacity. Room was spacious with kitchenette and washing machine, however we used neither, we weren’t there long enough. Shower is different than most, as the shower wand was actually beyond the outer edge of the stall/tub area, so you needed to hold the wand yourself during your shower. No place to “hook” the wand inside the stall/tub. Walls in our room had many luggage scuff marks on them, not very appealing.

おそらく昔オートロック付きのアパートだった場所をホテルとして使っている作りになっていました。洗濯機、電子レンジ、IHコンロがついていて、自動湯沸かし付きのお風呂で毎日バスタブに浸かれます。ウォークインクローゼットがあるので、荷物を収納できてお部屋も広々使えました。目の前が西友のスーパーで24時間営業なので、とても便利でした。駅からもとても近いです。また利用したいです。

Summer Vacation for 4

The hotel was close to the train and bus station, convenient store, drug store and supermarket. There were a lot restaurants around the area too. Super easy access to Disneyland/Disney Sea. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The room was wide enough for 4 adults, although the table was too small and not enough chairs since there were only 2. But overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely want to stay again in the future!

Amazing property! I believe they are apartments converted into hotels so they will be uniquely shaped but it was overall an amazing experience! Extremely close to the Urayasu train station and also multiple bus stops so going to and from Disney was a breeze! Urayasu also offers cool and local attractions that helped us see things other than Tokyo so it was definitely a treat!

This property is somewhat convenient to the local eateries, grocery store, pharmacy, and convenience stores. It’s a good place to experience the local food and life, but far from everything else like major attractions and shoppings. The staffs are friendly, but everything you need has to ask for or get it yourself except for the initials basic necessities, like towers, toothbrush, and soaps in the bathroom. It comes with a kitchen, laundry washer and drying room for clothes which also the bathroom. The beds are hard and uncomfortable to sleep in and there’s no coverage to the main hallway. It’s a place that serve its purpose, nothing luxurious.

We stayed at this hotel for 9 days while in Tokyo, and our experience was excellent. Check-in was very easy and fast—the staff was welcoming, polite, and professional. The place looked exactly like the pictures, and the room had a spacious closet that comfortably fit all our clothes and suitcases. The hotel policy requires you to leave your key at the front desk if you’ll be out for more than an hour, which wasn’t a problem at all since the front desk is staffed 24 hours. Room cleaning is available daily. When you drop off your key before 10:00 AM, you’ll be asked if you'd like your room cleaned that day. Fresh towels are also available daily—just ask, or the staff will offer them when you pick up your key. There's a basket for used towels available until around 10:00 AM, and trash and recycling bins are accessible 24/7. We were very pleased with the service, and the hotel is just a 2-minute walk from Urayasu Station, supermarkets, café and restaurants. Highly recommend!

This location was right across from a grocery store, a Starbucks and a metro station. Super easy to get to and from. There was laundry in the unit which was a huge plus and it was good sized.

Very friendly reception staff.. They have new towels and toiletries everyday. 5 mins walk to the nearest train station. Close to convenience stores, cafe's and restaurants. Clean and tidy smoke-free rooms. Highly recommended.
