Dos veces mencione que tenia VIP access y me respondieron, que NO aparecia en su sistema, les ensene mi reserva y aun asi insistieron en que lo sentian mucho pero que NO tenian nada. There’s no AC. The toilet seat was old beat up. House keeping was terrible and took forever to clean the room! There’s no elevator and if you stay on the second floor good luck when you have to check out since bellhop doesn’t help at all!!

Probablement le plus bel hôtel deTlaxcala. Un bâtiment historique, jolis jardins, jolies fontaines, situation idéale sur la plaza de la Constitucion. Déjeuner généreux.
