Quick check in process, awesome check in people. Slower elevators, but one was being serviced and there was a sign to use the staff service elevators. Rooms were clean and amazing.

very good overall

Overall stay was very good. Elevator improvement was in process and it did take long for single elevator and for service elevator to arrive, but that was an inconvenience. Room was clean and each day it was cleaned and fresh. Only other minor inconvenience was that normal noise from outside room of people talking etc. travelled into the room easily so guest returning to their rooms late at night was louder than should be.

Elevator was in repair. They let customers use the service elevator but still inconvenient. And lastly NO continental breakfast. Stayed here last year and it had it. Going to La Quinta across the street next time.

A microwave in the room would be great! Going downstairs, to share two microwaves with the entire hotel is really inconvenient and a little gross. But literally everything else is good!

Our room seemed clean but the floor was very dirty we had to clean it ourself the hallways were very hot they appeared to have some mechanical isiues going on in the lobby and elevators
