Room service knocked on my door 3 different times between 10 am and 1130 , waking me up or while showering , excessive (they hand you print out with various check out times at checkin) .no issues other wise, looks under renovation and will look nice /new.

I had 2 rooms booked and one had no microwave or fridge and the tv didn’t work. There was no maintenance available and we were told nothing could be done about it and if we wanted to leave we could get a refund. It was New Years Eve and no other rooms were available so I had to check out and find somewhere to go before midnight. I had another adult and 2 children with me. Very disastrous.
