Shower downstairs didn’t work. Narrow steep stairs spiral stairs didn’t allow for some in our group to shower as they couldn’t climb the stairs. Towel were very dingy.

Clean & Cozy, but seriously, 2 coffee pots provided including a Keurig, but not a single coffee pod provided? Had to drive 30 minutes RT to go purchase coffee

This property was quiet and cozy. Could use better frying pans though and couldn't het anything on Netflix except children programs. TV was not user friendly.

Quiet time

We were looking for a quiet getaway in a sleepy community and this hit the bullseye. Friendly neighborhood and peaceful at all times of the day. Cape Lookout and Oceanside not over crowded and was a great place to catch the sunset.. Over all the perfect spot.

Great one night stay

Had a very nice one night stay. Loved the spiral staircase! The home was pleasant, clean, and cozy. There is one problem and that is with the entry door locks - - The instructions received were incorrect and we had to call the property manager - - who had incorrect information as well. Having a smart lock properly used would eliminate this problem. Using an old style lock box requiring a code and leaving the key vulnerable to being copied and/or stolen is very risky. Smart locks can have several codes entered in digital storage and one can be used by the cleaning staff, another by maintenance, another by the property manager, another by the owner, and several (used in rotation) could be used for guests. Property manager can be easily trained how to enter the codes, and to delete them as well. No risk of lost/stolen/copied keys !!!!!

Good house, great location for outdoor activities

We enjoyed the house and it met all our needs. But we enjoyed the location even more, as the house is in the middle of all the coastal places we wanted to visit, like Cape Lookout, Cape Meares, etc.

Great little house

Property was clean and easy to find. Good location near the coast and a restaurant in netarts. Good beds and linens. Would be nice if some minor amenities were included at the property: a few k-cups/coffee and butter/oil for cooking. But not necessary, very nice stay overall.

The property is in a quiet neighborhood. Not too far away from Oceanside or Tillamook. My family of four liked the cozy feel of the home. The only thing it lacked was more seating choices in the living room. The space is small but one of us had to sit at the kitchen area to watch TV. Three on the couch was not very comfortable. Other than that it was fantastic!

Negatives way outweigh positives

Terrible instructions on door check in. Impossible to follow. 800 phone number for help incorrect (for some kind of medical product). Long wait for maintenance help. No instructions for heat. Had to get maintenance to explain. TV is only Apple Plus, no regular channels. Again no instructions. Stove controls require flashlight. Broiler doesn't seem to work. Nicely decorated but cramped. Clean and quiet. Not worth the money.
