Stay in TJ
Clean, cozy condo in modern, updated building right in the center of downtown Tijuana. Easy check-in, safe security, not noisy, and had a fun billiard room/lounge on the top floor. Relatively affordable - cheaper prices were available elsewhere for similar places, but overall stay was nice.
