Craignethan es una impresionante casa de vacaciones junto al mar, situada en el pintoresco Kames. Ubicado en una ubicación tranquila, este retiro costero ofrece espectaculares vistas al mar, perfecto para familias o parejas que desean disfrutar de una escapada relajada con estilo y comodidad.

Interiores
Este bungalow bellamente diseñado está lleno de estilo, encanto y elegancia náutica. Brillante y espacioso Craignethan no es más que cálido y acogedor. El área de estar de planta abierta cuenta con un gran espacio de estar con ventanas perfectas con vista al mar. Con cómodas sillas y sofás para relajarse, y una chimenea de leña para disfrutar. Las puertas delanteras conducen a una terraza, ideal para los días de verano, disfrutando de las vistas. El salón también incluye un área de comedor para fiestas familiares.

La cocina es moderna y muy bien equipada, completa con cocina eléctrica, vitrocerámica, microondas, lavavajillas y nevera / congelador.

El dormitorio principal es amplio y luminoso, con fabulosas vistas al mar. La habitación doble también está bellamente amueblada con TV. El cuarto de baño familiar se completa con una cabina de ducha, lavabo y WC.

Al lado del bungalow en el jardín trasero hay una casa de campo convertida bellamente restaurada con 1 dormitorio doble, 1 dormitorio con dos camas individuales y un baño familiar compartido. El uso de la cabaña / habitaciones adicionales solo se aplica cuando se reserva con anticipación cuando se alojan más de 4 personas. Si de 1 a 4 personas desean la cabaña / habitaciones adicionales, ingrese 5 personas y el costo adicional se agregará a la reserva. A wonderful comfortable place to spend a quiet holiday in the most amazing location.

We had a most enjoyable stay in the height of comfort. Nothing had been missed - even Christmas decorations . The house was very well equipped with everything we needed and warm and welcoming in the height of winter. The view was outstanding as was the weather.

Well equip and comfortable in a great location. Just a few too many cushions and ornaments for us , we found it hard to put out our own stuff but overall we had a great stay.

The location was excellent. The house was well kitted out and had plenty of everything in kitchen living room etc. Had plenty of games to keep you amused. Local hotel was good and within 5 minutes walk. Shop nearby. Short distance to Portavadie and Colintraive that allowed access to ferries giving plenty of places to visit. Had amazing view and will hopefully be back next year.

Great holiday stay

Lovely bungalow overlooking Bute . Perfect location for exploring Kyle’s of Bute surrounded by lots of walks . Recommend Kilbride Bay and The Bothy at Kilbride Farm , Carry Farm for fresh lobster and Langoustine to buy and ferry to Tarbert and circular walk past castle. We managed to walk daily despite the rain but unfortunately unable to sit outside and enjoy the view as so wet Kames local store very handy too !

A beautiful home from home with outstanding views. Near to Kames Hotel and a variety of activities within driving distance. Excellent host. The welcome bottle of wine was another nice touch and greatly appreciated. We hope to return.

Stunning location and extremely comfortable bungalow

Not our first time in the area, but our first time staying in this property. Furnished to a very high standard and has everything you need ..but it’s the location that blows you away ..right on the shore front with huge glass windows (and door) and the view is just spectacular. 5 mins from Kames hotel and a couple of minutes further to the Village store. We will defo be back and this will be our first choice of property to rent again

New Year holiday

Fantastic property to stay in. Perfect for us going with friends, as it meant we had the cottage with 2 bedrooms for 1 family of 4 and then the out house with a further 2 bedrooms and bathroom for the other family. Stunning views, everything you need for a lovely cozy holiday. took part in the New Year's dip just a few minutes walk away at the Kames hotel beach all of us which was fun. . Lovely house, in a beautiful location

Beautiful views over Kyles of Bute from sitting room and bedroom. Well equipped house, that felt as though the owners used it themselves - unlike some places I’ve stayed in that lack basic utensils. Good pub/restaurant and village shop that has pretty much everything you might need within easy walking distance. Thoroughly recommended.

A special place

We had the most lovely time at Craignethan. The cottage is well decorated, clean and right by the water. The views are absolutely stunning. An early rise with a baby was made so special watching the sun rise over the water each morning. The cottage has everything you could need and more. Katie provided us with tips on places to eat and visit. We are so happy that we followed her advice! Our trip to the beach and local restaurant made for the perfect trip. We have already decided that we will be back!!

What a week it was great the home was magnificent great views went with my daughter son in law and grandson who is autistic and who has never been a holiday he loved it not bored and no PlayStation would recommend this accommodation it was just perfect hopefully will book for next year everything you needed there was plenty

Clean and relaxing place to stay

Such a calm location. Driveway enough for two 7-seater cars and more. Outhouse with another 2 bedrooms separated from the main house is prefect for us as kids can sleep quietly there, and we don’t need to worry about chatting too loud. Bathroom in the main house is awesome. Not only it is clean but the water pressure is very good.

Craignethan- Peace & Quiet

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at Craignethan. The location is just perfect and the environment so peaceful, relaxing and absolutely stunning. I would certainly book the accommodation again, and we will definitely be back to the area next year. When the weather is right, it’s better than the Med!!
