El hotel está muy bien ubicado. La a habitaciones e instalaciones están en muy buen estado y sobre todo con todo lo que requieres. El detalle de la botella de vino es un la cereza en el pastel. La atención del personal es espectacular! Sin duda el mejor hotel de Tesalónica!

Perfect centric hotel to explore Thessaloniki

Very clean! They take care of every detail ik your room, The bed is very good and comfortable, really nice and helpful receptionist, they will tell you where to go for explore and to have fun. Definitely staying again!

Öncelikle otel oersoneli gerçekten yıldızlı 10 hepsi mükemmel hatta böyle personel hiç bir otelde görmedim.süreli selanike gelirim çoğunlukla electra palace da kalırım yer olmayınca burayı tercih ettik orada bile böyle tatlı personel yok.kahvaltı hiç beğenmedim,kahvaltı alanı aşırı küçük ve sıkıntılı bir ortam yiyecek çeşidide aynı şekilde kısıtlı.otel temizliği gördüğüm en temiz otel son derece çevre dostu bu yönüne bayıldım.otel fiziki yönden yetersiz kaldığımız oda karanlık pencere açılmıyor,yatak korkunç konforsuz,baza başlığı yerinden oynuyor elektrik düğmesine yatak kayıp değiyor ışık açılıyor yani uyumak için çaba sarfettik.yatak olduğu yerde kayıyor ve hiç rahat değil baza başlığı ses çıkarıyor yerinden oynuyor.odanın havasız ve karanlık oluşu gerçekten çok kötüydü.bu oteldeki işletim keşke fiziki koşulları bina yapısı uygun bir otelde olsa oranın bir numaralı oteli olur.sırf oda yüzünden bir daha tercih etmeyeceğim üzülerek:( çok merkezi bir otel buna diyecek yok.resepsiyondaki tatlı ve nazik bayanlara çok teşekkür ederiz her gördüklerinde memnunmusunuz diye sordular.işletmesi gerçekten mükemmel.

The hotel was excellent 👌 and the staff were incredible people and polite. The breakfast at the roof top was amazing and the food was delicious. The hotel is in the centre and near to all the shops and promenade. Highly recommend. The room was clean and spacious and was very nice.

A wonderful hotel in a lovely city.

Our stay was very pleasurable. The room was very clean and comfortable, and nice and cool! Breakfast was excellent; a fantastic buffet, great coffee and made-to-order omelets! The staff were absolutely outstanding in their desire to help and ensure our stay was comfortable. A special shout-out to the staff for recommending excellent restaurants and retrieving my husband's lost glasses in an Uber taxi! The location was very convenient, near the waterfront and easy walking distance to bus stops, restaurants, bars and cafes. I very highly recommend staying here, and would stay here again.

There are not enough stars to give this property. I went with the hope and expectations that it would be nice, provide a good breakfast, and have good AC, but what I experienced was so much more. The staff became like family to me. Special shout out to Chris, and Maria, and every other person I interacted with. On top of the amenities being lovely and perfect, everything about this hotel is thoughtful and curated. Even the room service options are local restaurants and you just call the front desk and they bring it to you for just a 3 euro fee. The breakfast was above and beyond with an amazing buffet + ability for to add eggs made to order. They know your name, care about you enjoying their town, and it truly saddened me to leave. On my departure day this morning they even had arranged to have a breakfast box for me and had my iced coffee to go the way I liked it. I would stay here above any other hotel I have ever been to and cannot wait to return one day.
