We had a great experience with the hotel staff, they are gentle and efficient. The room is comfortable and it's clean. In general the hotel is very nice, with a good ubication and very quite, despite being in the city center, there is no noise at night.

The room only had 1 electrical inlet. The bathroom was very small and stinky. The room doesn't have a hair dryer or clothes iron. Very noisy. The bed linens look as old as they could be. I would never stay there again.
