I had book 2 rooms for the family. You would think they would put the 2 rooms beside each other. I had to argue with the clerk and still got rooms apart. The hotel smelled so bad that my grandchildren didn't want to stay there. Asked for extra towels and told there was none and I had to wait until they where dry. Next morning had to go ask for towels again. It was an inconvenience to the clerk to get the towels. Guess for the price I paid was the service I got. Will never stay again at this location.

Very dismissive, however, there was one younger female clerk who was cordial in comparison. This was the nastiest room I’ve ever stayed in. Hair on the counters, hair in the shower, linens were actually dirty (one of them looked like it had blood on it?!?). The sheets on the bed… the actual sheets on the made-bed, were full of different hairs and dirty spots. There was actually a tampon tucked into the night stand next to the bed. Seriously. (Thank God it was still in the package, but gross). Also there was something gross stuck on the nightstand. I complained but they said “we can’t do anything about it”. This employee had to be called to the front desk bc no one was there, and she showed up speaking some other language on speaker phone and didn’t even bother to hold the call. Elevator also smelled like poo.

It's a good place to stay , rooms are decent..close to beach .ice machine works .pool is open and clean. The bad is towels .Bring your own towels and your good! Hard your them too give every room 6-8 towels.... Seen a few unhappy people over towels... Overall for 80$ a night you can't complain huh.. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
