We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the very clean room! The staff was very helpful with all of the questions we had and very friendly upon checking in and out. Will definitely come back!

This hotel is clean. Staff were friendly. Overall, a nice place to stay for a short trip.

its hard to find an afforodable room in glaveston when you are going last minute esp on the weekend. for the price we couldn't beat it close to the island nice pool clean room good breakfast cant complain!

We stayed here and traveled back and forth to Galveston. The staff were all extreemly polite and eager to help. Very nice salt water pool and clean rooms. We will return on our next trip.

My fiance and I stayed here for our 3 day weekend trip to Galveston. It's about 20-25 minutes away depending on what you are planning to do, but it's so convenient. The rooms are spacious and comfy; the bed was great! We swam in the pool, which is saltwater so that was a nice touch instead of having the typical chlorine. You can't beat the breakfast, which is the best breakfast I've ever seen at a hotel. Eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes, cereal, biscuits & gravy, muffins, juices, etc! I didn't catch the lady's name who was helping with the breakfast area, but she was so kind and cheerful. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We needed a hotel close by for a wedding that we were only in town for overnight. We have stayed at Holiday Inn before and are very happy with it. When we arrived they told us that the room we were supposed to have was not available, so they gave us an upgrade free of charge. Great room and great staff.

It was great! Very friendly staff and VERY clean rooms!!!

I was very impressed with the hotel and their employees. Good location, clean. The only thing was we could not use the beautiful pool because it was infested with mosquitos. We were only out there about 10 minutes and our 4 year old grandson who is allergic to those bites was covered in huge welps on his back. Thankgoodness I brought some benedryl. Sharon Dawson

We were very pleased with this hotel. It was extremely quiet and clean. The only thing I would change would be queen beds instead of double and the air conditioner. It cuts off and on all night long. It would be ok if it would just stay on, but to make it stay on all night you have to change it to fan and then the room gets hot. We had no other complaints.

Good overall location for visiting Galveston 15 min, Kemah 20 min, or S.Houston via I-45. Access off Interstate 45 from North took 2 miles out of way to get to hotel parking lot, and ramp to go north on I-45 is 3 miles to on-ramp. Suggest looking at zoom in of map for access to hotel beforehand to save time. Facade repair on one side is ongoing due to Hurricane Ike but is not effecting any service.

I was leaving for a cruise in Galveston; however I chose to stay at the Holiday Inn express in Texas City which is about 10 miles away because of past experiences that I have had with this hotel. My room is always ready. The staff is helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist in anyway. The rooms are large, roomy, and clean. They are equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. This is very helpful when traveling. The continental breakfast is almost a full spread breakfast. You may choose hot or cold breakfast. I love this hotel!
