My husband and I stayed the night before our cruise. The rooms are clean and the staff of friendly. The hotel will let you park there while you’re on your cruise. We took Lyft to the dock. I deducted 1 star because the quality of food offered for breakfast is terrible. If you can wait to eat until you get on your ship or destination I recommend doing so.
Well worth the money and very clean. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Nice location. Very quiet. Plenty of parking and you can leave your car there if your going on a cruise. Rooms get nice and cold
I have stayed in many hotels and resorts and I can honestly say that every staff member was more exceptional than even staff at 5-star properties. They consistently started friendly conversations and went way out of their way to offer to help to every guest.
This was pet friendly hotel and lived up to it. Did not have any pet aromas in the room or hall areas. Rooms were large and roomy. We had the handicap access room which was great to have the walk in shower in. Great trip all around. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Staff was friendly, helpful, accommodating, informative; room was spacious, clean, lots of amenities and storage space. Pool is saline instead of chlorine, very nicely kept. Just over all good experience.
I will look for this hotel where ever I travel. Next time will get room with a tub. I like to soak in tub not showers. Nice big, clean room. Comfortable bed. Would like bigger pillows, but overall great place to stay.
Beautiful hotel rooms. 15 mins from beach. Rooms clean with all amenities. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was great. Nice pool outside. Close to stores and places to eat. Family friendly! They whole stay was great. We will be back again!
The front desk person charged us the "deposit" three times even though we were staying on points. The sofa bed was full of food when we opened it up for our kids. The spare sheets for the sofa bed had blood on them. We did switch rooms after that and it was better, but still felt dirty. The front desk guy was overwhelmed due to many guests coming down to complain about the hotel. Was hoping this would be our go-to hotel for cruises out of Galveston, but sadly, it is not.
Enjoyed the stay and Will stay again. This is a Great area to stay when going on a cruise out of Galveston. 20 minutes from Galveston port. Right next to the outlet mall and Buccee's. Clean and nice friendly staff.
Good hotel just needs to fix the elevator, but other then that it was close to Galveston and it had a few shops around for convenience if you needed to buy anything. The room was clean as well as the beds.
