The staff attending the breakfast didn't care when the food ran out. Noisy building AC( for rooms on first floor) Clean and modern design, good food choice at breakfast

The pool always closed, everyday same story it is being cleaned and will be open tomorrow. Next day same story. The staff was never at desk. You had to go find them, either outside on their cell phone or just gone. Furniture in room had seen better days. The couch was worse them my college one. The free breakfast was a hard pass. Free coffee was good.

Staff and property are amazing! Absolutely loved it, I didn’t like that it advertised a full kitchen and there was no stove but other than that it was perfect

The bed is reason enough to stay here again, it was AMAZING, the room was super clean and it was a great overall stay. The pet fee was a surprise but to be expected at most hotels. The front desk worker was less than impressive but the room itself was fantastic, quiet, great shower, has everything you need, a little kitchen and fridge, just great for a night or two and some fantastic sleep! :)

Near major highway.

Breakfast needs to improve for the price of this hotel.

I had 4 teenagers and 2 adults.the beds are super comfortable the pull out couch, not so much. But there was room for 6 in 1 room. Just don't expect comfort on the pull out. Restroom big and clean, wish shower head had better pressure but did the job. Kitchenette fabulous, aprtment size refrigerator and full size dishwasher.wow. All in all very nice stay. The pm ladies in the evening super nice and helpful. But in the morning the girls went to get breakfast downstairs and the girl working breakfast area was rude and short. Bagels good, breakfast egg sandwich hard and dry. The stay 8 out of 10. Would have been a 10 except for the pull out bed and and the am attitude.

My room was very dirty, and looked like it had not been deep cleaned since they opened. There was a hair on the inside of the linen when I pulled them back to inspect them (like I do every hotel I go to), and they looked wrinkled like they had already been slept in. There were pubic hairs all over the bathroom, as well as the protective covering for a razor on the floor. Multiple stains everywhere, floor was dirty, and the toilet paper roll holder was hanging halfway off the wall. The shower was also of poor design as it leaked out into the rest of the restroom and I had to clean up water every time I got out of the shower. When I called and asked if the room had been cleaned before I arrived, the lady at the front desk had an attitude. She did offer to change me rooms, but I wasn't feeling well and had already halfway unpacked. She sent the housekeeper with fresh linen to remake the bed, but I had already formulated my opinion about the place.

Nice hotel, I did my own disinfecting as soon as i went in due to COVID just to be on the safe side. Pool was nice, workout room as well. Would definitely bring my family here to stay again.

The property was clean, close beach access and the staff was amazing! Ms. Wanda brightened up our day! She was so kind and generous while helping us get breakfast. You don’t meet many people like her anymore. Hold on to her... She’s a good one!!!

Incredibly clean and spacious, with full sized fridge and dishwasher in the room! The laundry facility was very nice also and overall, the entire hotel was clean, neat, and one of the best extended stay places we've ever stayed!

Our room was basically a studio apartment. We have never stayed in a room like this. We enjoyed it very much though and will definitely stay in a hotel like this in the future. The bathroom was not that clean, but we managed. We also stayed on the first floor and did not like waking up to the kitchen breakfast smells. Breakfast was awesome... but not a good smell to wake up to.

I love this hotel chain. Super spacious rooms and the convenience of full kitchen with dishes...and real free breakfast not just cold cereal and bagels. super great for families or anyone who doesnt like the small confinement of regular hotel rooms and cheap furniture.

I chose this hotel because it seems decent via photos and not some hole in the wall. when we got to check in they staff was very rude to us. they charged us more then what our confirmed booking price was via orbits and then placed not 1 not 2 but 3 charges on my credit card all for different prices. apon arrival in room we found ants covered in the shower/Bathroom floor. King bed even had ants all in the bed. when I let the staff know. they didn't even apologize just said "ok we will let house keeping know". Breakfast wasn't all that great. they had fruit , bread items, oatmeal, and stale cereal the waffle maker stuck so you could never get a legit waffle out of it. only had a multi grain option for waffles and eggs/ breakfast sandwhiches were premade and packaged you had to heat them up in the microwave. VERY VERY disappointed being this is apart of the Hilton franchise.
