The hotel is absolutely magical! Beautiful, stylish, spotless, friendly! Reception area is lovely, rooms huge, bed comfy, rooftop terrace with amazing views. Pool, 2 hottubs on roof. Free water, great shower, super quiet off main drag. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you for a great stay!

We had neighbors uptairs so noise did feel like they were having sex in the same room so bad and the people was running and talking at 3 am oitside the rooms very noisy

El reglamento del hotel indica que es un hotel de descanso y prohíbe el ruido por la noche sin embargo prenden un motor muy ruidoso que después de un par de solicitudes lograron apagar. No sirve para descansar. Las paredes son extremadamente delgadas y se escucha todo, los muebles y decoración están muy descuidadas, las toallas de baño manchadas y rotas. Todo muy sucio, no pusieron jabón de manos hasta el segundo día, no hay cortinas aislantes de luz y toda la noche se prende una luz por sensor que no deja dormir. Dentro de promedio de costos no es tan barato para lo descuidado que está, no lo recomiendo, no volvería.

En general bastante bien, muy bien ubicado, condiciones limpias, bastante amplias habitaciones y espacios en general. Alberca limpia. El servicio podría mejorar son muy pocas personas. Terrible el wifi en los dispositivos móviles y en las televisiones de los cuartos. Comida del restaurant bastante promedio, en lugar de pagar el desayuno “incluido” conviene más salir a los restaurantes que quedan muy cerca.

El hotel está sin mantenimiento, todo en general se ve muy deteriorado. En las habitaciones se oye todo el ruido del edificio, se escucha cualquier ruido que hagan en cualquier habitación del hotel. En la recepción nos atendió un joven que todo el tiempo estaba molesto, no quisieron ayudarnos en nada nunca, pedimos una almohada diferente porque las que estaban en la cama eran muy blandas y me causaban tortícolis y simplemente dijeron que no tenían almohadas extra, que sabian que eran muy blandas pero no que no había nada que hacer.

Necesitan capacitar más al personal ,cuando llegue al le dije que me había dado cuenta que en su hotel era VIP lo que el joven me contestó fue : Que yo buscara el beneficio en Expedía que ellos no tenían que ver nada ,le dije que era mi segunda vez en su hotel , igual no le importo. Al día siguiente al entregar la llave NO me dejaban salir , le pregunté por qué ? Y ella me dijo que hasta que revisaran la habitación, por si acaso hacía faltaba algo , Y por si las toallas estaban sucias o las sábanas , le dije soy viajera frecuente y nunca me habia pasado por algo tan desagradable y humillante.
