I chose this motel from the ratings. The room was fine, as expected from this price point but I did not expect the road noise to be so loud. It is right off the I15 but also next to a Harley Davidson store and the motorcycles at all hours were awful and really loud. Bring earplugs!

For a quick overnight option it's not bad. Front desk staff was pleasant. Location is next to plenty of food and Old Town area. Unfortunately, it's right by the highway which was surprisingly loud even late at night. I had to turn my phone volume all the way up while playing soft music just to drown it out enough to sleep. Bedroom seemed relatively clean except you could tell they didn't spend time sweeping or mopping cause there were long pieces of hair I saw pushed into the corners of the bathroom and I kept pulling long strands of hair off my socks. Which my hair is curly/very short so I know it wasn't mine. Dirt and chipped paint along doorframes and baseboards. Definitely can definitely tell it's an old building.
