O hotel possui, inicialmente, uma estrutura bonitinha, digna e bem montada. Porém, ao chegar, o hóspede já é "presenteado" com um odor de esgoto (que também estava no banheiro) e uma escadaria enorme. Zero acessibilidade. A água do banheiro tem cheiro de ferrugem, não tivemos coragem de escovar os dentes e tomar banho. Tanto o quarto quanto o banheiro precisam de uma boa faxina e de reparos. A cortina do quarto estava despencando. O frigobar estava deplorável e sujo. Em pleno domingo, havia um único funcionário pra atender aos hóspedes que chegavam e às demandas de falta de toalhas (velhas e encardidas) e ar condicionado que não funcionava direito em alguns quartos. As camas não possuem virol. O hotel disponibiliza cobertas no quarto com um branco encardido e limpeza duvidosa. Dormimos sem cobertas. Não tive coragem de tomar café no local. Enfim, em que pese possuir acabamentos e móveis que dão uma boa impressão rendem boas fotos ao site, o local precisa urgentemente de uma boa administração.

Viemos com mais famílias passar as férias no nordeste e decidimos fazer uma parada em Teixeira de Freitas. Escolhemos esse hotel para descansarmos antes de seguir viagem. Pelas fotos, parece ter uma estrutura boa, porém, ao chegar já nos deparamos com uma escadaria enorme. Zero acessibilidade (detalhe, havia grávida do grupo). Apenas um atendente no local, chegamos em 11 pessoas e havia mais uma família chegando. O atendente não achava a minha reserva (tivemos que entrar em contato com a dona do hotel para ela falar com ele que a reserva estava anotada no papel). A água do banheiro tem cheiro de ferrugem. Não tinha toalhas, sabonetes e virol nas camas do quarto. Tanto o quarto quanto o banheiro precisam de uma boa faxina e de reparos. Não tivemos coragem de tomar o café ou sucos no local pensando na água enferrujada ofertada na tubulação do estabelecimento. Enfim, em que pese possuir acabamentos e móveis que dão uma boa impressão, o local precisa urgentemente de uma boa reforma e de mais funcionários. Detalhe, estávamos com mais pessoas que também tiveram problemas nos quartos como ar condicionado que não funcionava, cortina despencando, banheiro com retorno de cheiro de esgoto, tampa de vaso solta, caixa do reservatório da descarga sem funcionar (tiveram que usar balde para dar descarga). São coisas fáceis de serem melhoradas e que tornaria o hotel muito bom, pois os quartos são grandes, estrutura boa do hotel, mas que com esses detalhes o trona ruim.

A estrutura do hotel e do quarto é nova no entanto várias coisas incomodaram na estadia . A água do chuveiro é cheia de ferro, tem um cheiro fortíssimo e nem faz espuma direito, o banheiro não tava com aspecto de limpo e não tinha caída de água direito. A porta que dá pra sacada não fechava por completo. O ar-condicionado parecia que não tava funcionando direito pois não gelava o quarto. Além disso as barras da cama estavam com mofo.

Para idoso com problemas de articulações nao recomendo, pois nao tem elevador e só pra chegar à recepcao sao 19 degraus. Fiquei no segundo andar e a experiência nao foi boa chegar lá com a bagagen. Também o estacionamento é na terra e estava chovendo.

Fiquei em um quarto em que o chuveiro não esquentava, fomos reclamar e nos disseram q o chuveiro estava normal , sendo q estava frio , o ar condicionado não gelava e a geladeira muito menos, sem contar q o quarto tava cheio de cabelo. Única coisa positiva foi a cama e o café da manhã!
