You must park in the garage. I had a minivan. It worked but a little tight. You need to figure out the app for garage door opener. Not clean enough to be a rental. Fake eyelashes stuck in a vanity drawer. I washed bedding and pillows look old and used up. The towel in first used had bleach stain and hole in it. Window sills have dirt. Vent covers are dirty. Carpet seems to have been cleaned as furniture was still on foam boosters. Should be removed. Carpet is worn and stained also in 2nd bedroom. Tack strip in kitchen is exposed hurting feet as another reviewer mentioned. Made 3 inquiries to owner, only one response. Lovely neighbors and neighborhood. Has great potential but missed. I have always left great reviews on other site, but this needs cleaning and a little help to be a rental. Contacted owner 3 times, responded once.

This unit is in a safe, gated, quiet community that was very convenient for our trip plans. The appliances were relatively new, and there were plenty of bath towels.However, communication with the owner was minimal. Direct questions received no response. Renters are required to park in the garage, which has roughly an 80" clearance, and our van wouldn't fit (first unanswered question when directed to park in the garage). Thus, we were required to park about a block away in Visitor parking. The sheets on the MBR bed were threadbare and came off the mattress almost as soon as you laid down. The unit was sparsely furnished - ex a 4c coffee maker, 3 bowls, no kitchen linens. There was also an exposed tack strip between the LR and kitchen areas. Further, there was kitchen garbage in the garage.The unit has a great deal of potential, but it needs some attention.
