We enjoyed the games at the bar and the drinks too. Hotel staff are helpful and patient. Our room toilet bowl is a bit faulty after a few usages. Other than that we love the location and the facilities of the hotel.

Excellent choice for a first timer in Taiwan with kids! The hotel is walking distance to Xpark (2nd floor) and also it has a sky bridge to the outlet malls. Its also very convenient to get to the THSR since they have a shuttle that goes there. After traveling 19 hours, this place is perfect!

We stayed with family that have 3 small children. Xpark was fantastic. Well organized and impressive display of marine and land wildlife. The rooms were clean, staff were professional, attentive and friendly. The breakfast buffet had both western and Asian options. Something for everyone.

Check in was fast. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Hotel beside malls and eateries. Behind is Gloria premium outlet. Plenty to food to choose for breakfast. Downsize Too crowded on weekend and public hoiiday. Encountered the recent earthquake at Taipei while staying at the hotel. Staffs are comforting and assuring what to do next if earthquake happen again. Would definitely stay if I come back. Thank u team 🙂

Cozzi’s room was well appointed and very convenient access to the high speed rail via the Gloria outlet mall. Furthermore we asked for late checkout and the were able to accommodate which allowed us to stay a few more hours before catching the high speed rail.

Great location to stay if u have an early morning flight to catch; a 15min car ride to the airport. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were great and accommodating; when informed that it was our child's birthday, they sent a complimentary cake to the room and that totally made his day. The only drawback was perhaps the baby cot which was made of metal, cold to touch during the cooler months and probably hurts more when babies toss around. Maybe it's time to upgrade the cots.
