A 4-bedroom, 2-bath North Tampa home for up to 10, with a private heated pool in a fully fenced yard. The game room has pool and ping-pong tables. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are 5 minutes away, downtown Tampa 20 and the airport 25.

Sunny Haven House is built for groups doing the parks. An L-shaped sectional fills the living room, the dining table seats 8, and the game room ends up being the most-used room in the house. Out back, a fully fenced yard shaded by big trees holds the heated pool, outdoor seating and a grill.

To be honest, it was a little dated and modern mixed. But overall, clean, comfortable, convenient and a great value for the price. Loved the commute to Busch Gardens. Kudos to the management company for their super quick responses to the very minor problems that we had. Very impressive for a holiday weekend. Would definitely recommend this place and rental company to anyone visiting Tampa and Busch Gardens.

Honestly this was one of the best house rentals I've ever stayed at. The host was super accommodating, VERY responsive to messages promptly, and just in general very friendly. Normally there's always at least one thing to nit-pick with a house rental and there truly were none here. Pool was great, house was as advertised, the bedrooms were perfectly accommodating for our group. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. 10/10 would recommend and would stay there again next time I am in Tampa.

Everything You Need In One Place

This house is super clean and fully renovated. It’s packed with all the essential items you need for a easy and comfort stay. You can enjoy the private pool on a sunny day or indoor games with a 3-in 1 dinner table, ping pong or shoot pool. It is near all the attractions, shopping and beaches. Quiet and safe neighborhood to stay while on vacation. The host is very responsive and nice. Will definitely revisit in the future

Hosts are great communicators

The hosts were great at communicating and responding quickly. We had a little issue with the A/C when we arrive, but was resolved quickly. This did fit for our family and allowed us to have some space to spread out. This was exactly what was advertised, but nothing more. The bare minimum for showing and photos were used. One king bedroom had no place for clothing except for hangers. Not even a luggage rack. The bathrooms were exceptionally small.

Tampa Rental

The house was beautifully remodeled. Very clean and comfortable. Check in process was easy and communication with property manager was good. Unfortunately, the outdoor space was misrepresented. The leaves from the surrounding trees were everywhere and so many in the pool. We had to try and clean them out every day. A simple pool cover would of made it easier. Also, the house is located next door to a large automotive garage, so the noise was often so loud, we had to go inside.

New Years Getaway

Overall we were impressed with the cleanliness of the property. The size was just right for our group of 9 with exception of the bathrooms which were much smaller than what they look like in the pictures. They do have strict rules around number of vehicles, parties, and noise due to ordinances but this wasn’t an issue for us. We were very disappointed in the fact that we were unable to use the heated pool. We specifically booked a house with a heated pool to utilize with our kids. The temp was set to 80 initially but it was only at 72. After speaking with the property management team they explained that it takes a while to heat up (mind you we asked for it to be heated and ready to go on Friday for use on Saturday and Sunday). The pool never heated up and instead cooled down to 68 after they increased the temp to 90. The management team was helpful and didn’t charge us the fees since we weren’t able to use. Hopefully they fix the heating issue in pool before others book to use. Otherwise, it was a nice house. Very clean. And property management team were readily available and easy to work with!
