I registered for an accessibility room and was told they were all sold out and was put on the second floor with no elevator. The tv remote did not work, The microwave door would not close Hot and cold water in the sink was backwards Floor was very dirty. But bathroom and bed had been serviced

Completely horrible overall - bed bugs, disgusting room conditions, police called multiple times for fights in the parking lot - this hotel is as bad as it gets. Don't believe the fake reviews or fake pictures they have, Orbitz needs to delist them immediately!!

2 stars because the room was inexpensive, close to busch gardens, and at least didnt have bugs. This hotel fell short in many other ways though. Either bad reviews arent being posted or the location has changed hands at some point. We paid a little over 100 dollars for the night, deposit seems to vary person to person and can be made with cash or card. Hotels.com said it was $80, a paper in the lobby said $150, my deposit was $50, and i did receive it back after a business day. We stayed in room 252. It looked like the door had been forced in and repaired with one of those hardware store fix-a-jam kits. There were numerous large dents from where the door was beaten in on both sides. The swing lock on the inside was broken and missing one half. All of the locks look like theyve been modified or possibly rekeyed. Feels sketchy. The room itself was outdated and underkept. The vinyl floors were peeling and missing chinks in some spots. Some of the lights didnt work and the tv remote was missing a battery. The comforter had burn holes in it and the bed frame is made of metal, one of the beds in our room made a very loud pop noise everytime you moved on it. The floor around the sink and in the bathroom was dirty, and there were burn marks on the toilet seat. I cant comment on the shower because we opted not to use it. It looked old but clean. If you find that you need an emergency room it works. I would not vacation here though. No breakfast or ice machine. Staff was fine.

When we first checked in, we were assigned a room that was already occupied. The guests for that room were not there, but their stuff was.the staff seemed surprised to have that roomfilled. We were assigned a new room, after googling the number, no phones in the rooms. The room seemed like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. There was an open soap on the counter. The bathroom was missing a door. We slept in our clothes and on top of bedding, mouse or moth holes in the bedding. The locks on the door didn’t work, so we propped a chair under the handle to alert us to any unwarranted visitors in the middle of the night.
