Our stay was wonderful. Staff can be easily reached and Rimi Supermarket is close by. Just wish the apartment hotel was a bit closer to the city center. Overall we loved our stay and the apartment amenities were great.

Modern, clean with some glitches

Quite new and well-maintained hotel in the boho Telliskivi area. Modern and stylish,Scandinavian-style premises. We had the Swanky 1-bd suite, very nice indeed. The hotel doesn't have a reception and thus they are providing different codes for 1. entering the hotel 2. entering hallway 3. entering the room and 4. entering. This makes moving around quite complicated. The luggage room in the garage is more like a janitor's room with cleaning equipment etc. Anyone with the code can enter so the security is below average. No safe is provided in the rooms either. For communication, they didn't answer the phone at all but the WhatsApp chat works very well. Bob W has all potential to get a five-star rating from me when they fix these glitches. Some traffic noise can be heard. Anyway, I might come back for a longer stay.

I really liked the area, it is lively and still close to the city center. However, even though I am quite tech-savvy, I found the app-based check-in and support system a bit frustrating. When you are already on location, you sometimes need answers faster, and some functions in the app could be clearer from a user experience perspective. Apart from that, the apartment was clean, modern and comfortable, which made the stay enjoyable overall.

hallways were hot as a furnace, no windows, no ventilation due to poor design. my room being on top floor, was a real sauna. Also description was far from accurate: mini bar was described as a full size fridge, Tiny studio was described as spacious studio! customer service was,excellent: tete a tete, Egle was amazing!

Home from home in Tallinn

An amazing stay from the welcome note and ground coffee on arrival to the excellent amenities in the apartment and extra touches like the Bob W tote bag and local gym use. The apartment was in immaculate condition, very comfortable and honestly one of of the best places I've stayed anywhere. Completely walkable to the city centre and located in a cool, creative area of Tallinn with plenty of restaurants, cafes and art galleries. Loved everything about my stay at Bob W and would highly recommend.

I was there for a week. I felt at home immediately. I wish it were. Everything is close by. Telliskivi with the food, art, music and close to the Old Town. I especially appreciated the efforts that went into making it environmentally and socially positive.
