Room has two broken lights/lamps, and the lights at the entry/kitchen area were inoperable. Phone was broken and handset could not plug into the main unit. Two outlets were ripped out of the wall and unusable. NO CONDITIONER even an option in the shower; who just uses shampoo these days? Bathtub didn’t drain. Overall, room 323 was in poor repair and made for an unpleasant experience.

We stayed for two weeks. Upon arrival, the air conditioner wasn’t working well and a maintenance person came up and measured the air temperature, but did not fix it. You have to swipe a card on the elevator every time you go up, very inconvenient. We kept getting thrown out of Wi-Fi, very frustrating. The trash situation was unacceptable, no one in housekeeping could speak English and they would point to the trashcan just outside of the elevator for us to put trash in. After we left, our credit card was charged for parking, and when I called the hotel, the manager was so incredibly rude. I called Hilton customer service and had to speak with two different people and they finally told me they would refund the parking fee. The breakfast was good, the room was clean, but we will never stay at a Hilton again.

The staff was kind and attentive, which was great. Plus, the check-in process was smooth. I arrived in an electric vehicle, and it was fantastic to be able to charge it. The room was clean and comfortable, making it very easy to relax. I had a wonderful time and felt very refreshed.

Breakfast wasn’t hot. Mostly lukewarm. The bathroom we had had a sliding door-barn door style- no privacy at all and noisy. Barely had hot water in the shower and shower pressure not great. Tv was not very big. Could not watch it from the bed by the window. The staff was very very friendly however one night we had our grandkids stay over to sleep on the couch bed and requested additional pillows and a blanket 3 times and they were never delivered. Not a great experience at this hotel. Thankfully the weather was amazing and we were visiting family for the holidays so that saved our vacation and made it great in spite of where we were staying.

There were druggies hanging out outside the hotel, one kept asking me for a ride while I was trying to get into my car for work, and then another one, trying to get into the side of the hotel, chased my son inside while he was taking the dog out. The room was really outdated, very dirty & the majority of the staff were incompetent when asked any questions. They laughed off the guy chasing my son saying that the guy wasn’t supposed to be there already, they also have NO OUTSIDE CAMERAS for the safety of customers. My bill through Expedia was supposed to be $870 & they charged me $920 because they tacked on 3 different taxes that were supposed to be included in the price, PLUS parking fee each day, even though they have signs everywhere that says park at your own risk & 0 cameras!! We had to switch rooms half way through my stay due to our toilet leaking. The outside gas grill’s barely worked & you had to wait at least 30 minutes to get hot water in the morning and most of the time in the evening as well. The breakfast was OK, it could’ve been better.
