The rings aren't bad but our rooms air conditioner was filled with water and very loud. It couldn't cool the room to the desired temp. I woke up sweating several times, and at 4 am, the air conditioner cut off completely. It finally cut back on around 6:30 in the morning. When I said something at the front desk, the guy had the nerve to tell me that maintenance is available 24/7. If I had called at 4 am, I would've had to get fully dressed, and wake my daughter who had to be up at 7 am. By the time they finished, my daughter wouldn't had gotten sleep, and we would have to pack up. Make sure you get there early to make sure the air conditioner works.

The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere from check-in to departure. The breakfast bar offers a good selection of options to start the day. A thoughtful hand-washing station is conveniently located nearby; while the soap dispenser was empty at the time, the sink with hot water was still a useful feature. Another standout is its excellent location just off I-10, making travel in and out of Tallahassee quick and stress-free.
