Great cottage

Great cottage in a beautiful neighborhood community. Quite location yet close to everything you might need. This was our third time staying there and will definitely come back again.

Great Stay

This was our 4th stay at Kiki's Cottage. As always the propery was clean and very comfortable for us and our two pups. Todd is a wonderful host, he is always friendly and accomadating. This place truly feels like home!

Magical cottage with amazing hosts

My wife and I stayed at this cottage for 4 nights during our daughter’s commencement from FSU. Absolutely loved all aspects of this stay. The hosts are thoughtful and kind, the property was clean, access was simple, and it is so easy to drive down to FSU campus or up to the restaurants in Bradfordville. Excellent communication. Birthday weekend

Todd greeted me with a bottle of wine upon check-in- excellent communication and Kiki’s Cottage is beautiful and cozy with a well stocked kitchen, spacious bedroom and bathroom, cute loft and wonderful porch for coffee and reading. I will definitely be back!

A Wonderful Return Visit

Favorite place in Tallahassee

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this cottage home. It was as delightful the second time as the first. Everything at the cottage was perfect. If the weather was warmer, we would have been able to enjoy the wrap around porch. I look forward to staying there again especially during the warmer summer months.

Beautiful cottage! Our family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights in January and loved it. The cottage has all we needed. Kitchen well stocked with cooking essentials. Made a great spot for us as we were doing day trips from Tallahassee. Close to I-10 exit but you feel away from the highway nestled in your private cottage. Just a short ride to FSU and the Capitol. Great location overall. My 2 kids loved the loft with the two beds. Overall an awesome experience. I can see why there are so many great reviews. Host was welcoming.

Charming and comfortable

What a lovely cottage! We so enjoyed our stay at this charming and beautifully decorated abode. Clean, cozy and well-equipped, we had everything we needed throughout our 5 day stay. Perfect location, close to our Dad's house with ready access to several large parks for enjoyable daily dog-walking. Thanks so much for the relaxing vacation!

Charming cottage

What a lovely cottage! Everything was delightful and exactly as described. The cottage was super clean and very tastefully decorated. Lots of space in the closet- it was almost like having another entire bedroom. The bathroom was great and the walk in shower with dual shower heads felt like you were in a spa. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing!!

What an amazing cottage! Everything about this cottage is perfect - from the meticulous design and attention to every detail in furnishings to the lush greenery surrounding the cottage to the location. Private gated access in a very quiet and established neighborhood was definitely a plus. The owners live adjacent to the cottage but the houses are separated by a beautiful ivy covered brick fence. Speaking of the owners - the are very easy to communicate with and respond quickly with any questions you may have. The cottage is completely furnished with everything you need to make your stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Book this property now - you will not find a better property in Tallahassee!

Wonderful cottage in peaceful setting

My husband and I spent several days in this cottage while attending a meeting at FSU. The location was convenient and the setting was private and lovely. The cottage was spacious and well equipped. We particularly loved relaxing on the wraparound screened porch and enjoying the view of azaleas in bloom and the grand oak tree dripping with Spanish moss. Todd was a great host and made us feel very welcome. We hope to return!!

Awesome Bungalow

This property was amazing. It had all the comforts of home. Close to shopping and groceries. The homeowners were responsive if I had a question. I brought my two Boston Terriers and they were very accommodating. I will stay here again when we have to go to Tallahassee.
