Room was musty and had a mold smell . Second room had ac not working , toilet bowl leaking . Front desk staff two different people were unkind and stated they were short staffed . No rooms cleaned , had to ask for toilet paper and was told at first they had none . Employees were miserable and didn’t want to be there . Never again .

Staff were not friendly, welcoming or helpful. Room was clean and breakfast was good. They only have one luggage cart for the whole place. I am 73 years old and had to make 4 trips to load my car. I asked the front desk for a cart and they said they didn’t know where it was. Didn’t offer to get someone to help me.

We waiting forever for the front desk person to wake up and open the door so that we may checkin. It was late and we were exhausted, so waiting outside the glass door for a long time was not cool. The hotel is very nice. The bathroom could have use some cleaning for the black mold in the shower. The breakfast was decent. We would stay again especially for the night rate under $100
