This hotel is nowhere near four-star quality. The carpets and furniture are old and worn, and even basic amenities (lotion, toothbrush) aren’t provided. I booked the Presidential Suite and the AC never worked despite repeated claims it was “fixed.” Staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and only offered a fan or a downgrade with no price adjustment. This hotel is nowhere near four-star quality. The entire experience felt more like a budget motel than a luxury stay.

Hotelnis located at a quiet neighbourhood. Family mart and 7 eleven are both located closely to the hotel. Multiple dining options within walking distance to the hotel. Green line trains are very convenient if you want to go to Ximending. Electronics mall, wufenpu, is an easy 15 minute walk from the hotel. Limited breakfast options. A bit tricky if you have a lot of luggage as it is 6-8minutes walk to the train station.

Friendly and comfortable

Very clean and comfortable. Some staff are great with English others not so. Just havs your phone ready with translation. Room smelt a bit mouldy at first. We were in the Buisness king room. Huge bed, fabulous shower and it has a bath. Breakfast is ok, but gets boring as there is the same things each day. Not much to choose from. Good location.
