Very dissapointing that the pool is not maintained, not clean. The bathroom has a heater unit that does not work, when I asked the front desk to fix it they replied that hotel will not supply hot water!!! So, hotel does not offer hot water even though rooms are equipped to have hot water!!!!

None of the comforts of home.

The swimming pool and spa were dirtier than a swamp. Water was green. Restaurant is closed, has been for a while. Rooster on the hotel property to make sure that you are up by 5 am everyday. Not a pleasant stay.

Evidently Expedia has not paid them in the past and they refused to honor my reservation. They wanted to charge me cash after I already pain Expedia. Since I dont have a phone to call Expedia... Im out about $50 usd. I will never use Expedia again.
