The apartment consists of a living room with equipped kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom and dressing room with washing machine. The master bedroom is located in the mezzanine. The apartment has a small balcony inside the courtyard of the building.

Ideal for two people, it can comfortably accommodate three thanks to the double sofa bed.

    Great place.

    Both the owner and her mother were extremely friendly, thoughtful, and accommodating -- which is something that showed not just during our communications, but even upon arrival, it showed from small touches she left, such as leaving a bottle of water in the fridge, leaving a small Welcome message on a blackboard in the kitchen, and so on. The house itself was very clean, cozy, and quiet; located in a great position close to the Lungomare d'Ortigia, but at the same time not too distant from the Fountain of Diana, it's a great place to stay if you're looking to travel and see Siracusa by foot.
