Great location. I had booked a superior king room and it was on the first floor just above the entrance to the hotel so it had no views. There was a constant loud whirring noise from outside my room (I couldn’t work out where it was coming from) which made it hard to sleep. The rooftop pool was great but it was very disappointing that the spa wasn’t in use. When I checked in, the member of staff was very unfriendly and not welcoming at all. However when I checked out the member of staff was very friendly indeed.

The property is a great location, the staff are very friendly and helpful. our room was over a convenience store and the refrigeration was on and the noise was constant. we were moved to the top floor which was a lot better. the rooms need a little tender loving care. No difficulties with check in through Hotels.com. Staff very friendly. Accomodations a bit dated with tape holding carpet together, but still very clean. We enjoyed our stay and was in excellent area to walk to our cruise ship only being 2 blocks away. Thank you

The hotel location is pretty decent. The staff are very accommodating. The hotel itself is very old and needs upgrading. For the price I could have stayed elsewhere in a much better room

Great location, but, room somewhat outdated. Bed size and comfort was great for us. Could hear people in adjoining room. Lots of hair from people from previous stays in the bathroom. Not the cleanest bathroom which was a bit off putting.

Thé hotel was in the perfect location for what we wanted to do. Easy walks to Circular Quay to the ferries, The Rocks nightlife and markets, a huge choice of restaurants and walkable to art gallery, botanic gardens and Barangaroo. Easy train trip back to airport. Rooms were very comfortable. Will stay there again.

Perfect roof top view.

It is a heritage building and feels like you go back in time. Rooms are old but the location is perfect and the roof top pool with view of Opera House and Bridge is awesome.
