Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping will be charged to the guest. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.

The views were spectacular. Clean and comfortable apartment, however the bathroom is a bit outdated. The hosts made the stay perfect, they kept in touch the entire time and access to apartment upon arrival was easy and seamless. Ideal location, the Mc Mohans Point wharf is at your doorstep and ferries are frequent. It is a very pleasant 10 min trip to Circular Quay. I highly recommend staying here.

Girls weekend
Comfy beds, simply and comfortablly furnished and perfect for a weekend away. Had friends from overseas so a perfect showcase of Sydney. Location is 10/10, view is unbelievable. Ferry and buses on your doorstop. Great restaurants everywhere. Very hard to beat and we didn’t want to leave.
