I always love staying here. There rooms are always sparkling clean and well appointed. The staff are amazing and I always feel welcome and well looked after. Would absolutely recommend, especially over any of the nearby accommodations.

Even though the property is on a main road, the traffic did not disturb. It was easy to find from the M31 and easy to get to Glenfields railway station to commute into Sydney.

Unwelcoming, hostile, unfriendly, intrusive, eerie

FELT SO UNEASY I LEFT MY STUFF & PAID FOR ANOTHER HOTEL NEARBY & SLEPT THERE OVERNIGHT. Its clean & has the basics to shower, sleep. But its sterile, unwelcoming, eerie. Excessive cameras. Lack of garden, colour & character. The main thing that made me feel unsettled, were the managers who were unfriendly, almost hostile, stern.I was asked 3 times at check in if my partner was staying with me. I travel alone as a single woman & this was extremely concerning for me. No offers to help me with my luggage up the stairs (no lifts) even though i was the only customer around. I had a friend over that afternoon. I had already told them on check in that he would arrive at 4pm for a couple hours & was told I was not to have people coming & going, but he didnt need to present at reception as he wasnt staying overnight. When my friend left, they took a photo of my friend & his car without asking or giving explanation. Worst still, everytime I left my room, the managers were sitting or standing in the small carpark near rooms, talking quietly and seemed to be just watching all the rooms. I felt like i was under surveillance. When I asked them for clean towels the next day, they complained. I was so uneasy by their presence & behavior that I spent an extra 200 to sleep elsewhere on the second night. They made me stand & wait while they inspected my room during the checkout process. Even the cleaner seemed nervous & uncomfortable & anxious near them. Dont waste money. Go across the rd!

This is a great simple hotel and the owners are very friendly and attentive. I would recommend it if you want something basic at a fair price. Just beware that the internet speeds are very slow so if you need to do any work that needs bandwidth come with your own hotspot. The cellular signal is good at the property.
