We stayed at the macure when we went to Ed Sheren concert. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left we had the best time. The staff were AMAZING. No question oe request was too hard. The room was immaculate. The pool was refreshingly awesome. The locatipn provided everything we needed. Will definately stay here again, and will recommend the hotel to all my friends. 12/10.

Stayed for one night in March, 2018 for business. I arrived after a fairly long drive and found the hotel hidden in plain sight just outside Parramatta's CBD. Once you navigate Sydney's roads and manage to land yourself on the right side of the hotel, you'll have a breeze of a time checking in and enjoying your stay. Upon walking in and stating my name, the front desk staff provided me with clear directions for my room as well as details on where to park. The service was very friendly and made me feel like I was genuine joy to have stay. My room was very clean and spacious, with plenty of space to put my case and unpack my clothes and not a speck of dust or grime to be found anywhere. The bed was very firm and comfortable with a variety of pillows provided making it easy to get a good night's sleep. The shower was a rain shower, leaving me feel very refreshed the next day. Breakfast was a huge spread that included the staples of bacon, eggs, and toast as well as some slight diversions such as soup and tropical fruit. Again, the staff were very friendly and attentive - often asking people who were just staring at the options if they needed help. Overall, this was an excellent stay - I will definitely be picking the Mercure Parramatta again should my travels take me this way.

Excellent customer service, handy parking, windows very dirty aswell as partial lack of car to some of the small things. Room 219 had issues with the card entry door lock. Tv reception was very poor. The outsides of the windows were very dirty, I couldnt take a picutre of the view. Service desk were very nice, explained things clearly. Location was excellent

Room was recently renovated. Comfy bed and good food options. Across road from Grocery and mixed business stores. On bus route and 2 km leisurely walk to major shopping centre after a busy day at work.

Great position, comfy rooms, friendly helpful staff, and a friendly bar and good restaurant. The position of the hotel is easy to get to and from the airport. What more could you want with a hotel in Sydney.

I have stayed here a number of times over the last few years and always had a positive experience. Ideal if looking to head to the races as it is located across the road from Rosehill. But also close enough to Olympic Park for shuttle or taxi. Across the road from eateries and shops. Car parking is located behind the hotel is 90% undercover. Would recommend to anyone and will be staying here again.

I love the Mercure Parramatta - its cheap as chips and in a very convenient location. Its clean and spacious, plus its perfect for our little family. The team are always happy to go above and beyond, and the pool came in handy in the recent Sydney heatwave. Don't overlook this property - you can't go wrong!

wow, what an experience! I made very last minute plans to travel to the vicinity of Parramatta with the kids to attend to some errands over two days without having to drive back and forth. I did some research via third party websites and found the best deal was at Mercure Parramatta (Rosehill). I called the morning of the intended stay and received an even better deal direct through the hotel. My phone call was answered by Skye - The Director of Sales & Marketing. Her customer service was next level!! She was very personable and simply amazing. She arranged for Alyssa at reservations to call me back to finalise the booking, which happened promptly. I was then offered an early check-in which was very much appreciated. We arrived at midday, met Alyssa at the front desk and she was just as lovely as she was on the phone. Customer service impeccable. The kids were so excited that Skye had put aside small plush toys for them and a hand written note welcoming us. What a lovely gesture!! We didn’t ever meet Skye in person, but she really made our day. The room was nicely appointed, perfectly clean and tidy, great beds, linen & pillows. The Northerly view from room 314 was very nice looking down at the hotel pool and tennis court and bowling green next door. The outdoor pool was a great size and the kids had the best time! We had breakfast the next morning. Alisa (sp?) served us and was equally impressive with her customer service skills. There were plenty of food options which all seemed fresh and well prepared. All in all, I simply can’t fault this hotel or it’s staff. Obviously customer service is a high priority for this hotel and they absolutely nailed it. We will definitely be looking for another opportunity to stay here in the future, as it was by far the best overall customer service experience i’ve ever received in any industry!!! PS, hope you received my daughters thank you note Skye :)

My fiancé and I won a night here in a raffle so decided to go to Rosehill Races as this is across the road, then dine in Parramatta. This hotel is quite ugly on the outside but our renovated room on the top floor was fantastic! Fresh and clean and a really comfy bed! Great staff, really friendly and helpful! Buffet breakfast was delicious and great choices! It’s a short walk into town, along the river, and really beautiful! There is a pool and gym, and bar and restaurant in the premises too, and right next to the. Owning club! Highly recommended!

With the racecourse, speedway and lots of shops very close everything is so easy to get to. Just a short walk and you can get to Rosehill Race course, shops and takeaway restaurants, then a courtesy bus to and from Parramatta Speedway make the place a great place to stay.
