We really loved how close it was to the trains and light rails. There are many fantastic bars around the area including the one inside the hotel. We had a few issues with things not being provided but contact with curators were easy.

Bed is comfortable. The coffee machine was missing a part and not set up to work (ie safety plastic not yet removed) but the staff were lovely & replaced it. The blinds and curtains are really frustrating to work out. They are at most entertaining but yes frustrating.

Comfortable, quiet and so close to different public transport options. Very close to the mall, Chinatown, Capitol theatre and Circular Quay. All are walking or public transport away. Staff are friendly and helpful. I did do a bit of floor elevator hoping but its good after someone explains how it works.

Bed and cleanliness are good

The bed and pillows are the best. One of the softest and cleanest. Housekeeping is also good. Location is near Wynyard train station and 7 mins walk to Martin metro. The service can be improved. reception st the ground floor is grumpy and cold though. I was there on Sunday13/7 and the lady literally just stared at the guest. No greetings no smile. The lobby at entrance is small and tight. Please note there’s a metro construction next to hotel ! The noise is really loud and my friends staying at level 8 could hear it but they are not able to change the room.

Stay was average. Room, bar and amenities are much smaller than expected. Room layout was strange and not as clean as I would have hoped. Staff member who checked us in also did not make us feel very welcomed.
