The hotel location is good. No issues with cleanliness. The only suggestion I have for the management team, is to provide clarity on the website regarding room description. I was a little shocked when I was told that I was getting a room without a window.

Very small bathroom. Had a bar fridge but nothing stocked so if you need water remember to bring it. No parking available except for broadway shopping centre which is $79. Only street parking around which is hard to find a spot. We had road works right outside our window with the floor vibrating and noisy. Could hear them talking all night. No message to let us know or apologies about it.

Quiet place but no aircon control within room, and our room didn’t even have a window. Room was ok and comfortable but the beds moved so easily could be a problem for some people

The room provided had no windows and this was a major issue, the staff told me this after the payment was made. The condition of the room was very disappointing, cutlery unwashed, lights not working and noisy AC which had to be kept on all night since there was no air circulation or exhaust fans. It was so depressing that we left after the first day and have since written to the manager? to request a refund for the second day, given that I checked out on Sunday morning by 10 am.This hotel should not be recommended to anyone, we found an alternative and paid again for the second night, this was proper hotel, the Sydney Central Hotel..brilliant. Please let me know how I can pursue my refund since I have had no response from them as of yet. Regards, Patrick Thiedeman.

Hotel was lovely! Close to train stations and bus stops, with lots of local dining options available. Room was clean and well presented while staff were lovely and easy to deal with.

Disappointing stay. The place looked reasonably modern but the room was let down by its lack of cleanliness and missing items. For example there were no tea spoons for tea and coffee. Milk was provided but after the room was serviced it was not topped up leaving us unable to have coffee the next morning. The biggest issues for us were the inability to set the air conditioning temperature in the room. It was too warm at night and couldn’t be adjusted. The shower water was the worst problem as it kept going from hot to cold for no obvious reason. It was not possible to have a decent shower and this is a deal breaker for a stay and hence the 2 stars.

There was a long wait until someone from reception arrived. The shower head was broken. The room had a random window with a blind, unfortunately it let a lot of the halllway light in. The buffet breakfast provided was mediocre at best.
