Room looked out over garden which provided privacy and a degree of safety Hotel was noisy though, could hear toilets being flushed in other rooms and cars starting in the morning (they were parked right outside my door) Room was clean, bathroom was clean too. Foxtel was a nice touch. Mattress felt older and not as supportive as other hotels recently stayed in Service was friendly and efficient.

In a time where people just don't provide customer service like they could and should, we felt really welcome and the customer service was great. The manager was friendly, positive and super helpful, a great ambassador for the town and Quality Inn Swan Hill.

Small room for 3 people

Our room for 3 people was a queen and single bed. No couch or any space around beds, was cramped. The queen rooms for 2 people had a couch and more space, do 2 rooms would be needed if more since needed. Room was not made up on Saturday, as no cleaners in that day, although reception did give me fresh towels when I asked. Pool area was great on such a hot day, and air conditioners worked well, not too noisy.

A large gap around the door to our room meant a COLD draft of air (it was 2C overnight) came in all night. No doubt in summer hot air would do the same. Our room faced the street and it was very bright. There was no morning "room make-up" service. Quality in name only - disappointing!
