This 3 BR/2 BA condo, with a PRIVATE DEDICATED BOAT SLIP, provides everything you will need for your stay. From your balcony, you will enjoy views of the sunset over the Gulf. Just a couple minute boat ride can take you to both the Suwannee River and the Gulf of Mexico. Covered parking for two vehicles (or one vehicle and boat trailer) is available under the unit, with free overflow and trailer parking available on site. There is a boat ramp located directly adjacent to the condo complex at the Gateway Marina that is convenient and free to use for condo residents and guests. Gateway Marina is also readily available for any of your fishing and boating supply needs, including marine fuel. The condo also features a private community pool and fish cleaning station. The Salt Creek Restaurant is conveniently located less than a mile away for lunch and dinner. Bring your catch and they will cook it to your liking. Breakfast and lunch are also available at the Suwannee Marina just a few blocks away. Visit Suwannee Mercantile for souvenirs. Bring your golf cart, side by side, or ATV for easy access to all Suwannee has to offer.
