Mountainside ski-in condo near Ski Time Square
Mountainside location with easy access ski-in/walk-out. Great hiking/biking available close by. Base area is a short .3 mile walk to restaurants, shops, free bus line and more. Kitchen has all the essentials for preparing meals including complimentary coffee and tea. Private deck with views of Christie Peak and a cozy space for relaxing by the fireplace. Seasonally, guests can enjoy the mountain scenery from the community hot tub. Self check in/out.
The space:
Recently updated, clean and open studio. Comfortable queen size bed and fold out couch to accommodate one additional guest. There is a sound dampening wall curtain for added privacy. Short walk to the trails and a true ski-in access to your front door from Right-O-Way trail. Ski locker is conveniently located across the hall from unit.
Easy elevator access from parking lot to unit. Kitchen is well stocked for your convenience. Additional games, local reading materials and guides to local activities for you to make the most of your vacation. We want you to feel at home in our cozy mountainside gem. We look forward to having you stay.
Guest access:
Guests have access to assigned ski locker, shared hot tub, sauna and grill, coin-operated laundry and personal parking spot. Parking is limited to one vehicle. Guests will receive a parking pass upon arrival and are expected to return parking pass to the unit or will acquire a replacement fee.
*Access to hot tub is seasonal and is subject to occasional closure based on maintenance. Typically it is open for the entirety of summer, fall and winter.
**Ski-in is dependent on snowfall in the early and late part of the ski season. Even then you are just steps away from the ski trails.
We will be available to assist with any questions or concerns throughout your stay via Vrbo app, phone or text. We will also provide information to building management and security if we are unreachable for some reason.
There is a strict no pet policy per the HOA. Absolutely no pets in unit.

Exactly as portrayed
Great stay. A perfect accommodation for my husband and I. The owners were super responsive and detailed all the information necessary. The property is exactly as portrayed. Convenient parking and we were able to ski right to the entrance of the place. Super, super clean unit and provided everything you need (i.e hangers, kitchen items, etc. ) the elevator was broken (which is not their fault) but if it matters to you, that’s all I’d check on. A great unit to stay in!

Perfect ski-in/ski-out stay!
Everything about our stay was perfect! Casey and team were wonderful and very communicative and helpful through the entire stay. The elevator was down when we arrived and Casey helped us carry our luggage to the unit. We were allowed to park our car and drop off our stuff early so that we could ski on check-in day which was a huge bonus. The unit has everything you need for an extended stay and is incredibly convenient for ski access. We couldn't have asked for a better trip!

This is a great spot for a small group. We had two kids share the fold out couch. For our three night ski trip it was perfect and economical for pre-Christmas skiing.This condo is on the ground floor right next to the Ski entrance and the ski lockers. You only have to walk about 200 feet to start skiing. On your way back in you ski all the way up to the back porch.

Short walk to slope side, able to ski a path directly to condo exterior door. For apres ski, return to unit, drop skis and boots, put on some shoes for a short walk to Gondola Square.
