Great location, needs updates

Overall, satisfied. Roomy, nice couches, etc. Had some ants in the sink and a cockaroach on the last day. The public elevator, which has a private code for residences, was filthy!. We were there for a family wedding and booked many of the 'apartments' which were really houses in one building which was pretty cool!! Picture's were accurate. Place is a little dates, but worked for us.

Another great stay at the lost

We've stayed at this specific property multiple times (maybe 4 now) and will again. Very easy people to work with and the apartment is always clean and comfortable. Location is fantastic.

Only one bedside table and one lamp in bedrm 1 Few lamps in unit ..very dark. Musty. Unit did have kleenex and most items needed. Good instructions. Located over Bull and Board Restuarant..noisy at times.

Spacious and clean

Our stay was great. Photos make it look like they have top of the line finishes, but they aren’t which is totally fine. We had more than enough room and we were perfectly comfortable. The apartment was very clean. We were able to sleep both my 77 year old father and my 1.5 year old son plus brother and my husband and I in the three bedrooms. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect!

I rented Kaelin’s place because we were in town for a wedding! It was bigger than we thought and gorgeous on every end. It was a perfect place to host for a wedding party. The space was beautiful and the hosts were kind and available. It’s in a perfect area downtown and really made us feel fancy. Beautiful area. HIGHLY recommend!

Property Manager was outstanding

We had a scheduling challenges due to factors out of our control that forced a date change to Easter weekend. Times being what they they are finding a cleaning service to have the unit ready was a challenge and almost forced us to a hotel. But true to her rating of Super Host. The Property Manager pulled a rabbit out of a hat and made it happen. Location was great the unit was awesome. and very clean.

Excellent Choice in Downtown Statesboro

Great location and very spacious unit. Extremely clean and comfortable space. So easy to walk to great food choices such as Tandoor and Tap and Eagle Creek Brewing. Would definitely stay here again.

Great space and location and communication with some challenges

Great location, eclectic space, extremely spacious kind of dark in the bedrooms. The restroom cleanliness was an issue. The manager was responsive but the issue not resolved. She offered a discount which was great. First impressions at walk in are Great, the fine details need attention...one barstool, stained seating, dresser missing drawer, some torn linens and the restroom issue. I wish I could give it a five as the manager was responsive and cooperative and the space was cool, but those things did impact the quality of my stay.
