Huge property with great amenities

Hosted a 40th bday getaway with my friends. Grilled steaks and loved the hot tub. Very close to the casinos and extremely spacious and generous with the beds. Just need some fresh (new) TVs!!

Excellent, roomy rental for extended family

We've enjoyed the home immensely. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. It is a great size for families and was well stocked for cooking and baking and food storage. It is a quiet neighborhood, away from the crowds, with a large back yard for the kids. We would happily stay here again if we vacation in the area.

Nice cabin with great location

The cabin is huge and many spaces for 10 people and even more. Locationnis so close to Gondola for skiers. The cabin needs to have more extra paper towels. We also had to fix clog kitchen sink. Cheers!

We skied at Heavenly 3 days and it was only a 10 min drive. Our only complaints would be the hot water would run out before everyone was able to shower and the lighting in the house is not the greatest. Other than those items, we enjoyed our stay. Hot tub was great as well.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, everything was great. A few suggestions though. The light switches in different rooms do not turn on anything and you have to turn on the lights by hand which is no problem but very confusing when you first get there. The garage light has only one florescent bulb working, and it was very dark in there. The kitchen was very well equipped and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Our biggest grip was we were snowed in to Tahoe as all the roads were closed no one was getting in or out that day (Monday December 27) We called (Sunday December 26) to see if we could stay one more day and Tami wasn't in so we talked to another gentleman and he said another family was coming in which we understood that however he didn't even attempt to find out if the other family was able to get into Tahoe or not since the roads were closed. This snowstorm was the largest snowstorm in years you would think the agency would be a little more considerate. We were lucky to get 4 rooms in a hotel as most of the hotels were full. Other than that, the property itself was Great.

Weekend at the lakw

Family and friends had a great time- only thing was that the ac didn’t seem to come on. There were fans in every room but it got a little warm on the upper floor at night

Great house for large groups

Great stay for a large group! The house was clean and very spacious. Plenty of room for 6 adult couples to stay comfortably. Great location and the neighborhood was really cute. And the hot tub was a bonus!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice house for 3-4 families to spend some time. Pool table and hot tub will make it a pleasant stay. It's close to Heavenly on Nevada side and to the beach. There is a lot of plates, glasses, etc. but be prepared to bring own spices and condiments.Before reserve be aware that management company wants scan of your ID and credit card which is against standard security rules and really should not be the case (I rented many houses and this was the first time someone wanted it from me).

Would recommend that the carpet leading up the main stairs be cleaned, as that first look detracted from the overall cleanliness of the property! Also, Master shower soap holder was loose, and downstairs bedroom had a bit of a musty smell. We thought the property was great overall!

place is convenient and goodication

This property is a bit outdated , furnitures are old n the fridge needs to be upgraded and washer n dryer are very old . The stovetop is not working properly. There are not enough seatings for both inside or outside ! The owner needs to move his car out of the garage to make spaces for guests to park. However, it is very convenient to grocery stores , casino and restaurants.
