Welcome to "The Postgraduate". Enjoy the modern amenities of this newly renovated 1940s home. Enter this 1800 sq foot private unit through your private entrance. You and your guests will have exclusive use of the home situated on the second and third floors of the house. Located in the beautiful and historic College Heights neighborhood, you'll be one block off campus. You're just a 5-20 minute walk to everything Penn State and Downtown State College. The large bedrooms are beautifully appointed with queen beds and comfortable bedding. The large living room features a couch and seating for 8+ to enjoy the 55" Wi-Fi HDTV. Cook your meals in the full, appliance and cookware stocked, kitchen or get takeout and enjoy at the dining table with chair and bench seating. The third-floor bedroom is a wonderful private space with full and twin beds as well as a desk. The shared outdoor space features a flagstone patio with a fire pit. Each bedroom features all the conveniences you've come to expect in the modern world of travel like charging ports, full-size closets for your use, and plenty of space for your luggage and personal items. The full bath has a full-size tub/shower and sink. Reserved parking for 3 cars on the property included. Whether it's graduation, game weekend, or you're just visiting, this home will make your stay much more enjoyable, convenient, and relaxing than most any other offering in town. STR00014

The house is laid out as a duplex with 2 units, one on the first floor and the other occupying the 2nd and 3rd floors. You'll have full and exclusive use of the upstairs (2nd and 3rd floors) separate living unit, with its private entrance and separate, registered address. You'll share the outdoor, flagstone patio area and driveway but will have reserved parking spots for you and your guests.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, an ironing board, and a dining table. Limited housekeeping is available.

The house was wonderful! Very clean and welcoming. We only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed longer! The owners were wonderful. My daughter left her favorite pillow and we realized it an hour away. I messaged the owners and they replied immediately.

Great stay and a super convenient house in relation to campus. Frank and Cher were amazing hosts and great communicators. We had one need to reach out during the and it was almost immediately resolved. Super cute split level house with all the amenities you could ask for plus a very welcome snack basket and well apportioned coffees to choose from. We would definitely stay here again.

To start, Frank and Cher were amazing hosts! Very attentive to our needs and made sure everything ran smoothly. Walking distance from PSU, we were able to walk and explore the university with our new freshman. Everything was very clean. Whenever coming with the family will make sure to book again.

Perfect PSU Weekend

The family and I, including our puppy, were visiting our daughter at Penn State for the weekend. This home was perfect. The location is amazing. Just a short wake for a photo opportunity to the Nittany Lion Shrine and the dining in The Nittany Inn not much further to College Ave. The amenities in the home gave us everything we needed. Frank & Cher were wonderful and extremely responsive.
