We were pleasantly surprised upon arriving to such a welcoming, festive & professionally run spot on this past game weekend. Our first time at the Comfort Suites but definitely not our last. Reviews have been excellent which is why we booked initially. Nice to walk into a great experience for ourselves & I can echo the great reviews. Everything from the parking, location, staff, amenities, offerings, room size, cleanliness to name a few. The halls are nice & wide for hauling luggage & gear, the beds were very comfortable & although they didn’t provide daily housekeeping unless requested, they took our trash out & refreshed all towels. The indoor pool looked fun & inviting although our time was allocated to game weekend on campus. They had a welcome reception upon our arrival on Friday evening + a full breakfast each morning. We were given a welcome gift at check in & they had items such as a shower cap available at the front desk. I’ve stayed in more “high brow” spots in State College that couldn’t offer mouthwash, shower caps or any essentials so this was another plus for the Comfort Suites. The nightly price was fair as far as game weekends go especially with the nice extras of the welcome reception, welcome lobby PSU decor & daily breakfast. Thank you for a great stay & we look forward to returning.
