Dated building, staff was nice, room was clean except the refrigerator was not cleaned out from the guest before.
The room smelled faintly of mildew; the bathroom light buzzed loudly; the toilet wouldn't stop flushing without intervention. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, though.
We found a bedbug… they didn’t believe me
Nice indoor/outdoor pool. Clean room, comfy bed. A/C in room could be quieter. Indoor pool needs a good scrubbing. Check-in agent didn't explain breakfast offer.
The staff are unfriendly and the toilet was dirty with stains. Their are kids going round and knocking / banging on doors and running away in the middle of the night. The check in was terrible. We requested a late check out, but yet still the morning front desk person came and banged on the door loudly and ask if we are okay at 11:am. I wouldn’t advise any responsible person to stay at that hotel.
I was disappointed when I arrived in my room, very late, description says I would have a coffee maker. None to be found, so each morning I had to walk downstairs for coffee. Not even a plastic cup for a drink of water! People at front desk didnt even care.
Shoddy facilities, AC didnt work, tiny rooms
The building is old, with poor maintenance. The room was not clean during our stay.
Hotel was clean. Quiet. Courtyard very pretty. Lots of parking. Not all is convenient though!
Lovely area, facility. Indoor pool had large area around it. Little nervous about old elevator but room has been updated and was nice.
The hotel was decent enough for a short stay. Its indoor setup looks like it was once a motel that was later finished to make the pool indoors. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The room itself was dated. Sheets and bathroom were clean but the rug seemed dirty and left our socks black.
You could tell it hadn’t been updated in a while. Booked a room with two double beds. Literally the smallest bathroom I’ve ever been in. The room overlooked the hotel “atrium/pool.” The glass front wall of the room was covered in curtains. It wasn’t very sound proof at all. We heard an entire conversation and people sneezing in the next room and hallways.
Large property with nice facilities. There was an issue with the closet door but staff was accommodating.
Property is in major need of renovations it looks like it has been decades since it has been updated.

It was a cheap room online. Very old hotel that could use some major updating. Wasn't very clean, bed was hard, tub didn't drain. Can't say I would book again.
