Support staff was nice. The hotel looks to be turning into more of a motel than hotel. Pool heater was broken. Room bathroom was very small. Shower worked, but 1/2 water was coming out of spicket and 1/2 coming out shower head. Felt like handles were going to fall off. Although likely correct description, expected 2 queens and got 2 full size beds (smaller than antiicipated). "Restaurant" felt like old VFW gathering center. Free breakfast was OK, but not much taste to any of the actual food.

The room was clean however the shower in the bathroom would not shut off if you just wanted to take a bath and the upper soap dish was very loose other than that the room(120) was very adequate, but it seamed like the heater ran constantly and the room was a little cool. Will use again if needed.

There was no breakfast for us. It was supposed to be full breakfast but as its 25 Dec they said there is no staff so breakfast will not be served. But when I checked in, they said there will be breakfast and in the booking itinerary it was breakfast included. This is not fair. If they couldn’t provide the breakfast they should have remove it from the system and I should know it beforehand. They should have informed when I checked in as we were on a family trip and we had 2 kids.

I thought the hotel was good. Pricey, but everything this weekend was booked to a PSU game. I expected worse based off the reviews, but I thought the hotel was pretty decent. Not the Marriott, but definitely a comfortable stay and great breakfast.
