First room we were given was freezing cold, told that the thermostat takes 10 minutes to start heat. Sat there in cold, turns out thermostat was broken. Given other room, key doesn't work, had to go back to desk a third time to get working key. The second room had stupid thermostat and took awhile to get warm, but did eventually. You'd think with a reservation they could have at least had warm rooms available.
