This hotel is always a convenient and easy place to stay near Penn State University. It is close by and parking is free and easy as well as the breakfast. It provides all the comforts of Home away from all the bustling activity of downtown. I stayed in many hotels near Penn State however, this one is always our top Due to ease of use.

I didn’t check in. We were delayed and since I can’t drive at night I had to stop before I got to the hotel. I called the hotel to inform them of this and they told me no refund of my charge would be made until they heard from Expedia. I could not get in touch with a human at either Expedia or Hotels.com. I bought the “insurance” to avoid this kind of conclusion. Now what do I do to get my money back?
