The staff were very nice but the walls are paper thin and we had very talkative neighbors. Also, we had no hot water in the morning. We were on a last minute trip to State College due to a family member in the ER at Mount Nittany medical. We got in very late from the hospital. All we wanted was a hot shower in the morning before getting on the road again. That didn’t happen.

Great location to be anywhere you want around State College. Room is clean. Breakfast is NOT AT ALL CONTINENTAL though. It’s american breakfast. Staffs are friendly and easy parking.

Our room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was convenient and offered a variety of options. However there was a dog that was barking early in the morning in the room next to ours. Also there was smell of pot in the hallway when we got back to our room in the evening.
