cool property. great views easily walkable to downtown. make sure you use the gate vs walking on the street where you will get dropped off. better to taxi here vs bring a car parking tight and you may need to back out

We moved from a different location to the a pink Palm. Could not be happier with the choice. The spot was amazing, great little pool and hot tub, great staff, rooms were absolutely awesome. The whole vibe in this posh little place was perfect.

Fabulous stay at Pink Palm. The food is exceptional, 5 star restaurant no question. Location is perfect 2 walking blocks from Downtown shopping district, 4 blocks from waterfront. The room is boutique and clean the surroundings are like Panamanian . Trust me on this one.

this is a very cool place! do not hesitate, just book! quiet, as if you do not have neighbors! the room is beyond praise, very beautiful design! the hotel grounds are incredible! delicious food! the staff is very cool! we forgot the keys to our personal car in the room and flew away! the guys sent them to us for free by mail! and we live in Florida! cool!

We loved our stay, the place is beautiful!! (Once we found it!) I dont feel like it was easy to find. But besides that, amazing! The view from the Pink Palm is nothing short of amazing!! I will warn ⚠️ anyone considering a stay at the Pink Palm.. if you have knee or leg problems, COPD or any sort of breathing, walking or driving issues... Consider staying elsewhere. There are ALOT of steps in the complex. The hills around the complex are very steep and driving to the hotel and the available parking can be quite daunting. (To say the very least)

We stayed here on Saturday, August 16, 2025, when Hurricane Erin had just hit Category 5 and shut down all flights out of St. Thomas, USVI. After our flight was canceled, we booked this hotel, which—like every other option available—only listed rooms for two adults. When we arrived, the front desk clerk flat-out refused to check us in because our children were with us. She also rejected our compromise of letting the kids (both are adults) sleep in the room while we stay in the car. Her only “solution”? Pay an extra $1,000 for another room. In disbelief and anger, I booked a different hotel on the spot for myself and my son. Only then did she finally hand my wife and daughter the room keys—but with the outrageous condition that my son and I could not visit them during their stay. That meant we had to leave in total darkness, in the middle of heavy rain and strong winds, and drive up into the mountains to reach our other hotel. It was terrifying and reckless on the hotel’s part. A note about driving to this hotel is a nightmare—the entrance is at the end of a narrow mountain road with no way to turn around. You have to back in with absolute precision or risk hitting another car. And after all of that, the room conditions themselves were bad. This was by far the most horrifying hotel experience of my life. Families—especially in an emergency—should avoid this place at all costs.

I had an amazing time! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They check in with you every morning and evening via text to make sure everything is going well with your stay. Food here is amazing!! I tried mostly all dinner dishes not one was a bad idea! You will not go wrong. If renting a car, get the smallest one! These streets are narrow and will already have cars parked making it even narrower. I cannot wait to go back!
