Amazing house with world class access to the beach. Perfect place for multiple families to stay together and enjoy each other’s company while also having their own quiet spaces to unwind. Everything was clean and extremely comfortable. Major attention to detail on the decor. Trip of a lifetime.

Check in was super easy. House was very clean and best stocked house we have ever rented. Location was wonderful. Rental folks were great and very attentive. Would highly recommend this property.

Easy access to the beach. The bedrooms in separate floors and the bungalow gave each family some space of their own. We will be back next year. We used the grill a few times. Lots of nice places to eat. We did take out most of the time with the small children. Thank you for a memorable week.

Although my wife and I had planned to stay in the 3rd floor sweet since we paid for the house. We stayed the first night but had a problem with the bed and 12 inch deck around the mattress, as seniors. Our daughter & husband switched with us, they even had trouble with the border. We were looking forward to the penthouse but couldn't due to the bed. That was the only real problem we had.F W Shrum

Sea Oats and Bungalow, Best Family Vacay Ever!!!

Absolutely loved this HGTV type house and our stay!!! We had three families and this house was perfect to be together, spread out and enjoy great memories! The convenience of easy beach access, pool, covered decks and peace and quiet was so relaxing. House was totally stocked with everything you would need as well as pool and beach toys. Great location to restaruants, shopping and water sports! Can't wait to return!!!

Absolutely perfect!

This was “our home” for 8 days and the owners and Seaside Properties do a wonderful job of making you feel as though you are in your home relocated to beautiful IRB. The owners have exquisite beach-themed decor - which is sometimes not provided in a rental home. This was an amazing place to stay and we cannot wait to return. The location is very close to many restaurants in walking distance.

Great Get Away

The property was very nice and clean. A beautiful experience. Parking was even adequate for three vehicles. The stairs were a little stories but we managed. Pool area was excellent. Used the grill one night for hamburgers/hot dogs! Thank you all for your hospitality.

Warm Greetings!

We arrived at Sea Oats Beach house and we greeted with a huge and beautiful vase of roses!! We enjoyed them the entire week!! The house was sublime. It was clean and we really enjoyed staying on the third floor master suite with incredible gulf views!!! We used the elevator to bring our luggage up but enjoyed the stairs as well!! It was a great family space! Plenty of separation if needed! We loved every minute. Christine B
